Optional FRAGO orienteering check points.

All Wolverines will be given their primary patrol route grids at the insertion/start point along with the secondary optional FRAGO check point grid coordinates. Plotting grids and calculating route directions and distance is done on the race clock.

The optional grid coordinates may or may not be listed in order or travel.

Some will be easier to find than others.

Like the 5 mandatory 5K route check points, the optional check points will also have unique hole punches to mark your FRAGO card to prove that you were there. The optional check points WILL NOT have any intel to collect or signage. Only an orange and white CP flag marker and hole punch.

Rule reminder: Teams must remain as one cohesive unit during the entire event. All team members must remain within eyesight of each other. Failing to do so is an integrity violation and will result in an event DQ and banned from all future events.

Total number of optional check points = 20 optional check points.

Points for finding and properly marking optional check point = 20 team points

Total available point from finding and properly marking each optional check point = 400 points.
