Time limit of 90 second for each team member.

Round count: 1 carbine magazine of 12 rounds.

Body armor worn by hardcore athletes.

Course Lay Out:

  1. Start in prone position.

  2. On the start timer stand and sprint straight 5 yards to 1st cone.

  3. Zig-zag around the outside of the next 4 cones.

  4. Move to the firing line and perform 1 Box Drill consisting of 1 hammer pair to the chest, 1 to the head, transition to other target and repeat (6 rounds total).

  5. Place weapon on safe and on table oriented down range.

  6. Drag casualty (teammate) straight back around the cones in a L - shape direction.

  7. Pick up casualty and fireman's carry straight back to start line.

  8. Drop casualty and pick up 2 25lb ammo cans.

  9. Sprint straight 5 yards.

  10. Zig-zag around the outside of the next 4 cones.

  11. Set ammo cans down where casualty was and perform 3 push ups.

  12. Move to the firing line and perform 1 Box Drill consisting of 1 hammer pair to the chest, 1 to the head, transition to other target and repeat (6 rounds total).

  13. Place weapon on safe and on table oriented down range.

  14. Pick up ammo cans and move around cones in a L-shape.

  15. Round the 3 cone and run straight to the finish.

  16. Time stops when ammo cans are dropped.

  17. Repeat for every member of the team.

Scoring:

  • Each A Zone = 3 points. Maximum score is 36 points.

  • Bonus: 4 Point completion under par time.

  • 36 + 4 = 40 maximum points per athlete.

    • Total number of points divided by number of team member equals team score.

  • Max score of 40 team points.

Notes:

  • Hardcore teams: Athletes will drag and carry a team member. No 1 team member may be used twice, meaning every team member must be dragged & carried.

  • Recreational teams and solos will have the option to use our weighted dummy to drag.
